  1. I think this is such an important project. People don’t appreciate that lots of women have to juggle a demanding work and family life right up until they give birth and it is so valuable to carve out a few moments in each day to properly relax. I hope the mums taking part really enjoy this- good luck!

  2. I’ve just started the sessions at 26 weeks pregnant with my second baby and am really enjoying making time for myself. I have a 2 year old toddler to run around after and a busy family life to juggle which means it’s not always easy to find time to relax these days! These sessions give me the perfect opportunity to take some time out for a while. I also find the time really important for focusing on my baby’s movements.

  3. I was really stressed about the baby, about everything a few weeks ago, and doing these sessions definitely helped. All is going well now. If you’re thinking of taking part, just do it. Nothing to lose.

  4. I really enjoyed the sessions! I found them so relaxing and actually started looking forward to them. Its a really great project and I’m glad it will be around to help mothers and babies in the future.
Thanks so much for this! 🙂

  5. I’d like to say that I really enjoyed the study even though I didn’t manage to do it everyday. I’m very happy to know that it will help mothers and babies in the future.

  6. Wow even though I’m almost there @36+ weeks now I believe that will be a Great one to help mums to be and their unborn as well as the the born

  7. Just signed up and I’m so excited to try these relaxation sessions! I know I will benefit from taking time to myself to relax.

  8. This is such a great study – With my hectic work schedule and family duties I find myself needing some time to myself. I’m looking forward to being part of research that can make such a difference to the well being of mothers-to-be!
